Changing a Reservation

To edit or change a reservation, search for and view the reservation page. As an admin or employee, there will be an option to edit the reservation. Click 'Edit Reservation'.

This will bring up a 'Search Available Reservable Items' page. However, at the top of the page it will indicate that you are making a change to an existing reservation. Enter in the desired search criteria and click the 'Search' button.

Review the list of available reservable items. Select an available reservable item and click the 'Select' button.

The next page will show the existing reservation details and the new reservation details selected. To confirm the new reservation changes, click the 'Yes' button. To cancel the changes, click the 'No' button.

Updating Customer Information

To edit customer information on a reservation, click on 'Edit Information' in the customer information section.

Updating Billing Information

When viewing a reservation as a provider admin or employee, you can update billing information by clicking on 'Edit Reservation Amounts'.

This will bring up a page where you can edit the following totals:

  • Weekday Total
  • Weekend Total
  • Additional Charge for Adults
  • Additional Charge for Children
  • Total Before Tax and Fees (Auto Calculated)
  • Discount Amount
  • Tax Amount
  • Subtotal (Auto Calculated)
